Tracy Setzer has been an industry focal in the Puget Sound Area for over 10 years. She specializes in Residential Homes and Condominiums of all price ranges and also helps clients manage their Rental/Investment Properties. She has an extensive background in Real Estate Law & the Mortgage Industry as she practiced as a Loan Officer for 4 years in the beginning of her career.
 
Tracy lives on the Eastside and focuses in Kirkland, Redmond & Bellevue. Nothing stops her from selling and listing properties up North, South, East or West. Where there is a need, she is there. Tracy spends her time networking, socializing and entertaining to increase her knowledge and potential to expose your property to as many people as possible.
 
Her expertise and accreditations are in Home Staging, Listing & Marketing, Home Buyers Specialist and she is a Certified Negotiation Expert with the State of Washington.
